1995-96 University of Florida Trial
Yielded #1 with 9320 lbs./acre production.  Nearest challenger was at 8730 lbs./acre.

Total Digestive Nutrients: 75.9% with 26.1% crude protein as found at East Baton Rouge Parrish Extension Service trials (1995).

Planting Rate: 25 lbs/acre
When to Plant Sept/Oct
Method: Broadcast or drill into well prepared firm seed bed 1/2" deep.  Broadcast or sod seed into warm season grass pasture.

Uses:
Winter and Spring pasture for all classes of livestock
Excellent quality hay and silage.  Often yielding two cuttings.
